That's how we feel about the new machine we've just added to our stable of equipment and the new carpet cleaning technique that we've adopted which leaves your carpets cleaner than ever before. This process is more thorough than any other we've used previously, and that's saying something because we've always taken pride in our carpet cleaning. While there is a specific process to be followed, the main differences are in the way the cleaning agent is 'worked-in' and the finishing. We pride ourselves in leaving your carpet only lightly moist - so winter or summer there's minimum inconvenience and time delays.

Below is our new six-step carpet cleaning process that as we say, "will leave your carpets clean like never before." Inspect and discuss stains if you can tell us what the stain is we can use the most effective treatment right up front rather than guess what it might be; Pre-vacuum with a commercial grade vacuum cleaner; Pre-spray cleaning agent, this is the new bit, carefully massage and work it into the fibres with a soft brush;

Wash using *hot water and extract to touch dry. (Please note that we heat the water from our van mounted generator, not your power supply, AND we take it away with us); Apply a conditioning rinse and neutraliser; Then the final step, which gives the final touch, is to rotary-buff the carpet with a soft pad to remove any remaining traces of dirt and absorb moisture. This leaves your carpet soft, dry and completely clean. Hot Water for Best Results Many people worry that hot water might shrink or damage their precious carpet, whereas the hotter the water, the better it is. Very hot water is safe to use on your carpets as it loosens the dirt, grease and grime so that it may be removed. Stains on Carpet & Rugs The carpet and your rugs are sitting ducks when it comes to spills and stains. If you do have a spill you'll need to act fast so these quick-fix remedies will help to minimise the damage until we can arrive to professionally clean it.

SCOOP up any solids BLOT the stain with a clean *white towel to remove any excess fluid CLEAN by firmly dabbing the carpet with a wet white cloth moving from the outside of the stain inwards towards the centre - never rub. RINSE away the residue with a clean water DRY the area with absorbent material using a blotting action. Never apply heat to complete the drying stage. If your carpet or rug has stained try to keep it damp until we arrive * Blot using a white towel. Coloured towels or rags can transfer their colours to the upholstery and make the stain worse! Half-Year Mini-Steam: For a small extra amount, after your have your carpets or rugs cleaned, we can arrange a 6-monthly (or more often if desired) re-visit to quickly clean those heavy-duty areas and clean any spills. Carpet Protection: We can apply top quality spray-on Carpet Protection to give your carpets and rugs a long-lasting protective layer. This barrier layer allows you to wipe away spills before they penetrate the underlying fibres and will also add to the wear-life of your carpets. Carpet Protection can only be applied to a new or freshly-cleaned carpet or rug and can last as long as three years.
